I tried to download the examples collections from the
csound.sourceforge.net site.
The first link works but the second two are dead. Could anyone tell me if
these are the files that are now included in the csound distribution, or
were they different, and if they were different, are they still
available somewhere?

On a related note, I was actually looking to see if they contained Dr.
Boulanger’s
instruments referred to in a post on Jacob Joaquin's Csound Blog,
http://csoundblog.com/2010/04/dragndrop-csound-for-max-for-live/
These instruments sound amazing! Are they are widely available?
