Rory,

AFAIK, with Csound 5.10 and higher: to run Lettuce, all that is required 
(for floats at least) is to rename csound32.dll.5.2 to csound32.dll.5.1.

I tried this with 5.10 and 5.11, and Lettuce runs fine. (Through 5.09 
Lettuce runs without any modification.)

Thanks Art. It's probably best to add that too. I don't know who
maintains the csounds.com page so unfortunately I can't contact them
directly.
