I'm getting poor audio quality with this card in linux, does anyone
have any experience with one? It works and it's recognised straight
away by ubuntu but the quality from Csound and other applications is
very poor. It sounds quite distorted? I think it may be a problem
unique to me as all the threads I've looked at online report the card
to work perfectly fine with linux.

Are you running the latest rt kernel and rtirq? Is pulse audio also
running at the same time as jackd?
