hello,

in most examples in the manual i see:

ksmps   32

i would understand the rule to fix this value;
i read, ksmps is the nombre of samples in a period,
but how to fix it really, is it dependant  of the sr value?

ksmps is independent of the sampl ratw.  Of course sr=kr*ksmps and there 
may be constaints on sr from sound card or such

Larger ksmps give faster operation in general, small ksmps give more 
precision to audio changes; also moderated by the --sample-accurate option
