Just a warning; Csound 6.12 is expected to be released on Monday next
week.  There are a couple of small things to finalise but they should
be done this weekend.  Many bug fixes, new opcodes and facilities etc.

I think you don't need to rebuild: at least for me installed CsoundQt 0.9.5 
works fine with Csound built from develop branch.  But of course - it would 
not harm. If you have built once, all next times are easy.
