yes, it does indeed. But if you see what I meant on my message,
not all of Csound's IO modules can do that. The Jack module does,
but alsa and portaudio-ASIO do not. So my suggestion was an IO-independent
one.

I am yet to run Jack on windows, build the Csound module and
see how it fares.
