There shouldn't be any dependence of CsoundVST itself on Python, but there 
were some DLL problems with Csound on Windows. Make sure you have the latest 
version from SourceForge. If still have problems get right back to me. I 
have not tested on Vista and do not really want to get Vista, but I will try 
to help you if I can.
