Try applying an envelope to kres:

kres vibr 1, tremolospeed, 1
kenv line 0,idur,1

ktrem =  kres * kenv

aleft phaser1 aleft*ktrem, kfreq, 32, kQ

Subject: [Csnd] increasing tremolo

hi,

i could use some help on this:
i have this a-rate signal and want to apply tremolo to
it. There is no such opcode so i'm using 'vibr' and
apply this to the amplitude of .

kres vibr 1, tremolospeed, 1

apply it to:

aleft phaser1 aleft*kres, kfreq, 32, kQ

Thing is i want the result to start at full volume and
the after a while let the influence of 'vibr' become
greater.
At the moment the output signal starts but the volume
decreases AND ALSO increases with 'kres', while i
want to hear the output at full volume at first and
then let it decrease in the rythm of 'vibr'.
I tried as ftable a cosine for 'vibr' but i do not
notice a difference with the use of a ftable of a
sine.
Any ideas?
