Hi. Here's my submission:
http://www.davixology.com/sines/sines_w_score.csd
http://www.davixology.com/sines/sines_w_score.mp3
I used MaxMSP 5.0.7, csound~ 1.0.5, Csound 5.10 floats. I used a custom
sequencer that I made for MaxMSP and I basically just recorded the event
stream being sent to csound~.
It's a rhythmically oriented arrangement. I arranged the drum parts like I
would a regular drum kit, but only the kick sounds like a kick. I used
aliasing
to add noise for the snares (or are they hihats?). LFO's are used to change
some of the percussion parameters and I left they running at a steady rate.
The chords were generated by generating extra instances for a given
instance (with the pitch offsets changing from time to time).
Oh well. I've lost interest, so I guess I"m done. Just wanted to make sure
the csound~ crowd was being represented, hehe ;)
