hello,

i believe that i've discovered a problem with vbapg in 3 dimensions.
below is a link to a csd with which renders 4 channels.  the 2D
version works fine; the audio output is attachment #1.  however,
errors occur if you comment out the 2D vbaplsinit and use the 3D one
instead; the erroneous audio output is attachment #2.  in addition, i
get a seg fault if i try to use vbap4 (instr 2).  maybe i'm doing
something incorrectly though.  i'm on osx using csound 5.18.  i'm not
sure if these problems exist in 3D with the other vbap opcodes.
