The file you are looking for is on the page at http://csound.sf.net !

Scroll down to the Mac OS X section of the Downloads part of that page and
click on the filename "Csound5.09-OSX10.4-PPC.tar.gz".  (You need the PPC
version for MacCsound regardless of your CPU type).  Once it finishes
downloading, double-click to decompress the file, and then double-click the
Csound5.mpkg file to install everything.
