I had the 0.38 and it installed and run fine.  I suppose
even though you don't use it, something is linked to
QtNetwork.dll (I have not got dependency walker in
this machine, otherwise I would have told you where)

Thanks for trying. The Network component from Qt is not used by
QuteCsound, hence it is not included in the installers. I'll ask Andy
who has been preparing the Windows package, to see if he has linked
for it on Windows.
