Dutch is my native language, so no problem for me :-)

In the intro they tell that Mozart could compose music in his mind 
before hearing it, which amazed Salieri (at least according to the 
movie), like most composers. Then they tell it doesn't have to be so 
anymore with Improsculpt, because it makes it possible to let people 
listen to music that was just thought up.

The rest of the article and the video explain how Improsculpt works, but 
I guess you know that yourself :-)
