Anyone knows if there is a limit in the size of Csound's midi input buffer?  I guess there is,  but how large is it?
I'm playing some Nancarrow studies in a concert on Saturday,  and I wanted to use Cabbage instruments as vst in cubase to enhance the transients. It seems the instrument chokes during very dense passages.  Sound simply cuts off. And after it has choked in this manner i also get intermittent clicks and pops during less busy passages.  As if it's gone off the rails somehow. I've tried adjusting the sound card buffer size and also experimented with different ksmps values.
The instrument is not cpu hungry,  just a waveguide excited by a bass drum sample. Also tried other Csound instruments. Other vst  instruments (halion) behaves nicely, so i guess there must be something with the way Csound receives the midi notes.
