In Csound CVS, there is an examples/CsoundAC.csd file. This is a large orchestra, by 
me, containing modified versions of various well-known (or merely 
good-sounding) Csound instruments, all using a common pfield format (insno, 
time, duration, midikey, midivelocity, phase, pan, y, z). This is essentially 
the orchestra that I use myself for many of my own pieces.

In this collection are several flute sounds or flute-like sounds, including some physically modeled flutes. 
The original creators of these instruments are credited.
