One form of morphing is a kin to what I saw Robert Moog demonstrate once at
AES at the suite Fairlight had at the Convention.

He put up a waveshape on the screen, designated it the staritng wave, put up
a second waveshape and designated it the ending wave. Then he set the morph
timespan, then set the routine running, as we all watched one wave turn into
another wave.

I've done similar things with the morph opcode. Sometimes I set up a parameter
to change over time---

imorph = [p(start) + p(end)]/ (start time + duration)

Can morph waveshape, phase relations, amplitude changes and frequency changes.
It's pretty cool, it's a way to add a little body and dynamics to the sound.

…ask for advice to all:

which way do you suggest to make the /morphing/ of audio files (wav, aiff,
etc ...)?

…okay if I use /ftmorf/?

thanks,
