This release fixes a major bug with automation as well as introduces a
new Virtual Keyboard (for use with blueLive's MIDI system).

    [new] - Virtual Midi Keyboard - visual piano keyboard with keyboard
            shortcuts for input; generates MIDI note on/off's that route through
            blue's MIDI system

    [updated] - BlueSynthBuilder - moved "Manage Presets" button from top
		    level to being a menu option in the "Presets" menu

    [fix] - correctly render parameters when they had automation turned off

    [fix] - issue with German Keyboards where ALT key is used to access
            characters fixed (keys using ALT were blocked)

    [fix] - made "/usr/local/bin/csound" the default for OSX for Realtime and
            Disk Render settings for new blue installations
