I'm having trouble with a new build of Csound today, particularly with
getting MIDI working.

Csound version 5.18.02 (double samples) Dec  4 2012

When I try to use PortAudio, I get this:

error: -+rtmidi='portmidi': unknown module
 *** error opening MIDI in device: -1 (Unknown MIDI error)

When trying to use ALSA, I get this:

ALSA: error opening MIDI input device: 'hw:28,0'
 *** error opening MIDI in device: -1 (Unknown MIDI error)
