| Hi.
I've run Max patches with this object without trouble in the past. After a
long time away from Max I found that none of my patches work anymore. I've
moved stuff around [a lot], so I uninstalled the csound~ object and
re-installed. Still no luck. I get the following error in the Max window;
csound~: Could not convert
/Volumes/Dave_HD/Users/dave/Music/MAX_Patches/RandomNumbers/untitled.csd to
FSRef.
It doesn't matter where I put the csd it always says it can't convert. If I
substitute my csd for one in the help directory /Applications/Max5/Cycling
'74/msp-help/_csound~/audio.csd for example, it opens in QuteCsound fine.
I put my untitled doc in there I get the same message;
csound~: Could not convert /Volumes/Dave_HD/Applications/Max5/Cycling
'74/msp-help/_csound~/untitled.csd to FSRef.
and before anyone suggests attaching the patch to have a look at, I am only
running a csound~ object with a file name argument. Double clicking it to
open the csd. Anyone know what is happening here? It's really got me foxed!
Using Csound version:5173 Precision:float (32-bit)
Qt V4.6.3
QuteCsound V0.6.1
Max 5.1.9
MacOsX 10.7.5
thanks
