I'm fond of Python with pylab/matplotlib + scipy for that
kind of job.

I've been having a blast using gnuplot lately. I also found a simple c++ 
interface for it and am using it to make simple plots from c++  (Kdev with 
g++).  Seems to work pretty well for plotting vectors or headerless tables 
and works alot like Matlab plot function.

Could they be developed and adapted into opcodes? We need more display  
tools in Csound.
