	I remember now what the problem was: the input to lpanal could not contain silences, otherwise the analysis would not work (gaussian: ill-conditioned), other than that, it worked. The errors you list here are 1) srate not matching file (change your orc sr to 44100) 2) the value of ktim (1st arg to lpread) seems to be going negative (not sure why), try just setting it to a positive constant just to test. The mixviews file will never work because its header is different from lpanal files (that is why csound thinks it is byte-reversed). You seem to have copied the same message twice, so I don't know what you are getting with the lpanal file you created. The one attached does not work here as well. 	Ah yes sorry about the duplicate paste, with the lpanal file I get a segmentation fault: ftable 1: new alloc for instr 1: file /Users/peimankhosravi/Desktop/lpcCsound5IntelMac.lpc (184872 bytes) loaded into memory Using filter coefficient type of file. Csound tidy up: Segmentation fault inactive allocs returned to freespace end of score. overall amps: inf overall samples out of range: 322 0 errors in performance The negative ktim value is a problem only with the lpc file that you had attached not with the one I made on the mac (with lpanal). I just tried setting ktim to 1 and the same error appears. I assume there is an incompatibility between the windows and mac lpc formats. 	Also I just checked my sound file. There are no silences. I did get the ill-conditioned error though with a copy of the same file that had markers at the start and end. After re-saving the file without the markers the analysis was done without error. And when trying with an lpc file made with lpanal on intel mac I get this and just one click at the start of the performance: new alloc for instr 1: file /Users/peimankhosravi/Desktop/vic.lpc (112660 bytes) loaded into memory Using filter coefficient type of file.
