Subject[Csnd] New Composition
Hello Everyone.

Here is a link to a low-res 2D version of a new visual music composition
titled, "Second Body Awareness":
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G7bQ2S_KQbU&feature=youtu.be

The music was composed, as always, using text-based Csound and Cmask.
The visual work was accomplished in Maya. It is intended as a
site-specific composition for the Cube here at Virginia Tech, where,
using a one of a kind cylindrical projection screen and 150+ speakers, I
am able to generate huge holograms and holophons within which the
audience is positioned.

On April the 26th the piece will be installed in the Cube throughout the
day. Here is a paper poster for the event:

Here is a low-res version of the motion graphics poster:

Comments are welcomed.

Thanks,

Michael

Michael,

Lovely.  Nice movement and immersive experience - even on YouTube.

It must have been wonderful in the cube.
Always appreciate your music.

Best,
