Dear Csounders,

here is a message for all those who do use my Csound-instruments to  
decode Ambisonic:


The set of decoders to download at my site http://www.sonicarchitecture.de 
   got recently updated. Especially the Ambisonic to binaural  
converter and the decoder for first order got updated in a way that  
they finally match the standard the decoders for 2nd and 3rd order  
already had. Basically this has been done to the set of decoders

- The binaural converter uses the newer hrtfstat-opcode and supports  
real-time comparison of different settings
- The instruments got a bit reconfigured in parts to make it easier to  
import it into blue or other applications
- The output for real time has been altered towards a more structured  
appearance
- Uhj-encoded output got added for practical reasons in most of the  
decoders
- Multichannel-file output got added.
- The invocation and automatic duration adaption to the length of the  
encoded file got simplified.
- The peak of the generated soundfiles and the recomended scaling with  
a gain-factor is displayed in the output window for text after  
rendering.


All this (hopefully) will lead to more reliability and comfort when  
working with this set of decoders. Enjoy!
