Hi All
I was a C Sound user many years ago, have lost all old data and files
and want to use C Sound for a specific purpose, but am having huge
trouble getting back in the sing (typo that I felt should be left in! -
meant to be SWING) of things.
Initially I want to play a stereo audio file (44,100Hz SR) and control
the left and right output levels with a sin and cos respectively which
refer to a series of values in another line, and then as well as listen
to, save output to a file. I am really keen to get this going.
Any help/.csd files I can modify would be hugely appreciated. Also
advice on a simple way of executing the files. Am I best in a command line?
I have downloaded the manual and Cecilia, but overall am up against a
brick wall with no demolition ball!
My next aim is to look at granulation again...

It all depends on what you are mostly comfortable with. There are good GUI frontends, CsoundQT, Cabbage, Blue, WinXsound you can try. Cecilia doesn't use csound as audio backend anymore... You should try CsoundQT for an intuitive frontend. Olivier Le 2017-12-26 07:11, "DACS Douglas" <douglas@dacs-audio.com> a écrit : Hi All |
