This is madness, really...
But I wanted a quick way to play a Csound sample from a URL containing a
sample, like: 'http://www.csounds.com/manual/html/oscbnk.html'

This little Python program does that, at least on OS X using Chrome as
browser.

CsoundURL.py
  

To use it, open a URL in Chrome containing some sample Csound code and run
the program.

Note: this will only work with sample csd's that do not depend on other
files being loaded.
