interviews with a number of magazines over the years (Keyboard,
CMJ, etc) that are very illuminating as well. Something worth a
Google-- Walter Carlos, Wendy Carlos.
Sorry if I sound old school, back in the day my music partner and I
used to design and build our own analog synth module from scratch.
Oh what fun that was.

If you haven't listened to it yet, I highly recommend her album
Secrets of Synthesis. Which is more or less her talking about sound
design techniques.
