Subject[Csnd] ANNOUNCEMENT: New York Csound Users Group Meeting Again
It's been a while since the NYCSUG took a vacation because my
apartment is being renovated, but we are starting up again in October.

The New York Csound Users Group meets on the first Thursday evening of
each month.

The next meeting will be 8:00 PM Thursday evening, October 7, 2010 at:

Michael Gogins
150 West 95th Street
Apt. 4-D
New York NY 10025
212 222 4079

The agenda, as usual, will include all things Csound, as well as other
computer music and/or experimental music topics not limited to Csound.

You are invited to bring a piece of your own, a piece of someone
else's that you think is worth sharing, a problem you want some help
with, or a solution that you have developed to a problem.

I have a decent pair of speakers (Mackie HR824), a Windows XP
notebook, and an Ubuntu netbook.

See you there,
Mike

This meeting has been postponed exactly one week to October 14th so
that Luis Jure, who is visiting New York, can attend.

I will of course send out a reminder before the 7th!

Regards,
Mike

It's been a while since the NYCSUG took a vacation because my

(I'm still not sure the apartment will be entirely ready, but it will
be ready enough!)

The New York Csound Users Group usually meets on the first Thursday evening of
each month. This time, we are meeting the SECOND Thursday, so that
Luis Jure will be able to come.

The next meeting will be 8:00 PM Thursday evening, October 14, 2010 at:

Hi Michael and list,

It is really great that you are hosting these meetings. I wish I lived
closer so I could attend.

I will be presenting a concert/art show the night of October 14th, which
will be webcast. As always, all of the music was created in Csound and
Cmask. So if you are interested and find some extra time that night, you
might want to join the broadcast. I will make a formal announcement to
the list soon with all of the particulars. For now my web site has more
information.
