You're right, there are no secrets about this stuff. There's just
a lot of literature to sift through. There are general concepts, 
and then there are those pieces of info that are more specifically
targeted to particular gear or software package. Just depends on 
what one is looking for, for a particular problem at hand.

With Csound, I can have more virtual Moog VCO modules on my laptop,
than I can fit real modules against my wall in my sitting room at 
my house. Yeah, it's an insane number,... I LOVE IT! Sorry,.....

Csound is just a very flexible modular with an insane number and
variety of modules. Sort of.
Look at the modules in the emulator. They should have names that look
a lot like a few csound opcodes.
Some even literally share names.
(ADSR, vco/vco2, moogvcf, lfo, etc.)

Thanks everyone. I'm inspired by Wendy Carlos's work with the Moog, 
although that's probably like a beginning art student saying that Da 
Vinci inspires them. Just have to read the sources.

If you haven't listened to it yet, I highly recommend her album
Secrets of Synthesis. Which is more or less her talking about sound
design techniques.
