In "Switched-on Bach" Wendy Carlos gets a nice brass effect. It sounds a 
bit like electric guitar distortion---did the Moog have a distortion 
module? I suppose it might just be a very bright pulse or sawtooth wave. 
Just wondering if anyone knows what this effect might be or how to achieve 
it with CSound.
