[Csnd] pthreadGC2

	I just tried to install csound from SourceForge for Windows XP, using the latest self-extracting exe (I think it was 5.12) and it installed, but upon running it, I got a message about missing phtreadGC2. I looked up this message on the web and learned it is a common problem, sometimes attributable to viruses or a corrupted system. However, my system passed a virus scan, and it is a brand-new laptop with very little other software installed so corruption seems unlikely. Any ideas? 	Download it from http://sourceware.org/pthreads-win32/ or wait for me to update the installer (probably tomorrow evening). 	Clean win xp pro sp1 install (no viruses.. no software other than that provided by microsoft in basic win xp install) I just had the same problem... copying the file to csound/bin folder solved the problem as expected.
