| I feel the same way about external dependencies. It makes things much
easier if they're all in one place. Some projects even bring the
sources from 3rd parties into their own repository, supplying custom
build files if necessary. As Michael has said, though, this is a big
job for Csound. Who would be willing to setup and maintain all those
3rd party libraries?
