You might have built a non-complete version from sources. Actually, the 
5.14 section is in the manual:

     http://www.csounds.com/manual/html/PrefaceWhatsNew.html

you can download built packages from Sourceforge:

     http://sourceforge.net/projects/csound/files/csound5/csound5.14/manual/

But I didn't build this myself. I'm referring to the manual that comes
with the OSX installer (Sorry I should have indicated that).

Hi,

The manual was built before the section was added, that's why it's not
there... Makes me think we should time the release of the manual for a
week prior to Csound so that the final manual can be included with the
installers.
