Hello All,
after some time and a reinstallation of OS (Ubuntu 10.04) i have try to
build the manual
downloaded today) but make give me this error:

misc/top.xml:3: parser error : Failure to process entity miscquickref
  &miscquickref;
                ^
misc/top.xml:3: parser error : Entity 'miscquickref' not defined
  &miscquickref;
                ^
warning: failed to load external entity "misc/examples.xml"
misc/top.xml:4: parser error : Failure to process entity miscexamples
  &miscexamples;
                ^
misc/top.xml:4: parser error : Entity 'miscexamples' not defined
  &miscexamples;
                ^

  &misc;
        ^
manual.xml:1773: parser error : Entity 'misc' not defined
  &misc;
        ^
unable to parse manual.xml
make: *** [html] Error 6


What am i wrong or what am i missing (maybe some package)?
