hi all,
why not to try a web meeting, that's a sort of meeting between the forum and the physical meeting?
there are lots of software to use: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Web_conferencing#Software_and_service_providers
If a physical meeting was possible, so a cheaper and easier way of meeting, as a conference meeting is possible too. Not doubt that a physical meeting is too expensive for not few people, probably for most of people. thanks in advance to any answer/s.

I think when everyone parts the channel, it ceases to exist. Then you  
can create it again and keep control of it. Maybe we need to ask  
everyone to leave it and then come back?
