In Csound 5.07, only the following files - in Windows - are required to run 
my .csd's (float version; all files in the same directory; no environment 
variables):
rtpa.dll
rtwinmm.dll
portaudio.dll
pmidi.dll

stopcod.dll
csound32.dll.5.1
libsndfile-1.dll

My question: on Linux and Mac, are the same files required? I'm wondering 
especially about MIDI in and audio out (the first four files above); any 
additional files required on those platforms (that are a part of the Csound 
distribution)?
