I'm not sure if this helps at all, but when using Lettuce, I got the following error message:

              Access violation at address 6FAC3119 in module 'vst4cs.dll". Read of address 000040B0.

I suspect it needs to be rebuilt. I have attached mine (5.09.02 build) -- see if it works.
