I tried to use the vst4cs opcodes, but when I run a csd with them, I get a "Csound tidy up: Segmentation violation" error message, and the csd ends itself.  I tried re-downloading the vst4cs.dll file from kunstmusik.com, as well as updating to Csound 5.09.2 but neither of these have eliminated the problem.  I have also tried several different frontends as well as the commandline, and the problem is the same in all versions.  Does the vst4cs.dll need to be built into my csound install, or can it just be copied into the csound\plugins folder?
