here is a simple test csd modified slightly from the online example
(in order to not use a soundfile):

with a single note, the csd runs fine.  however, with several notes,
csound dies with a malloc error at the end of performance and the sf
header is not correctly written.  has anyone else run into this issue?
 i compile from git and, if anyone finds an error, i would be happy to
test any fixes.
