when double clicking the just downloaded and installed the " Csound5.11.1-gnu-win32-f.exe " file, and i double click the "csound5gui.exe"or "winsound.exe" files, i get next message: "The procedure entry point _ZN14Fl_Text_BufferC1Ei could not be located in the dynamic link library mgwfltknox-1.3.dll"

csound5gui and winsound are not included in the Csound5.11 installer,
so it probably means you're trying to run older versions of csound5gui
and winsound from an older installation of Csound (5.10 maybe?).  I'm
not sure what the best way to go about fixing it would be, but since
both of those front ends are no longer included in the Csound
installers you may want to switch to QuteCsound, which is what is
included in the 5.11 installer.
