Subject[Csnd] csound as a web-based application?
Dear community,
are there plans to make csound available as a web-based application?
I have no idea if this could be possible or not, but if it is possible, I guess it would be a great chance to motivate people to try out the huge possibillities of the program.

I'm not sure how it could run as a web application but it's quite
possible and probably not that difficult to send OSC messages to a
local instance of Csound from a website.

Rory.

I believe it is available as netcsound. I was looking at synchronet bbs as
a way to put the latest version of csound online (using old bbs tek) and it
looks like it should be a number of ways to do that including uploading your
csd as a text file and then running a batch exc then offering it as a door
program. I am available for hacking and testing if someone wants to set it
up. I think the subject was mentioned not to long ago.

I was playing around with extracting csound files from the posts message
base and I do have some source but I think that it might be better to upload
as a text upload and then I stopped playing around with it. new job and
everything, you get a web based version of an 80's board great for text..
