As a student of Dr. Boulanger, I am a relatively new Csounder and avid reader of the mailing list.

I was only able to make it to the concert on Monday, but to all those who performed and were present I just wanted to express my genuine appreciation for giving a student such as myself the chance to experience such a fantastic evening.

Seeing the work of some serious heavyweights along with some very talented peers of mine was really an inspiration to explore the scale myself. It was particularly interesting to see down how many different avenues the use of the scale had been taken.

Once I'm done with my latest projects, I will humbly offer my first explorations of the Bohlen-Pierce scale.

I am aware that a lot of people put a great deal of hard work into the symposium, and as a grateful observer/audience member it would be amiss if I didn't say a big thank you for giving us the opportunity to witness what we did.
