Cecilia4 need CSound and is becoming obsolete. Cecilia5 need Pyo and there is an Windows version: http://code.google.com/p/cecilia5/downloads/list I cannot see why you want to compile it yourself... | In both cases, you don't need to build Cecilia... For Cecilia4, you just need to install Csound 5.12, for Cecilia5, install pyo 0.6.0.
