Subject[Csnd] New Chime/Bell Player
Announcing my latest Csound project:

CHIMEPLAY and CHIMEPLAYAUTO (2012) for realtime Csound5
Custom versions of SAMPLEPLAY for up to 8 mono/stereo chime or bell
  samples and one background loop
  For all computer platforms.
  CHIMEPLAY requires a MIDI controller.
CHIMEPLAYAUTO is self-performing and requires no MIDI device.
Both versions may be "performed" from the command line, and in Windows
only,
from a standalone Lettuce executable (LChimePlay.exe/LChimePlayAuto.exe).

This distribution includes two sets of six windchimes from the St. Francis
Prayer
Center in Stoneville, NC (USA). One is named StFrancisChimesOutside, and was
recorded on the patio of the Center's main building. The other set,
StFrancisChimesInside, consists of chimes located under an interior cupola
opposite the Chapel.

These samples were created with a high-quality handheld digital recorder (at
44100Hz sample rate stereo, uncompressed WAV) using its built-in mike.

Users are encouraged to create their own chime or bell sets.

Available at the top of my composition list: http://www.arthunkins.com
There are demo versions of both utilities, using both chime sets.

(My next effort will be to turn these into OLPC [Sugar/XO] Activities.)

I'm returning to Thailand soon and excited to sample the bells(also the monks playing them there-   with the zoom h2n).  Will absolutely add to the collection.
