Has anyone noticed the frames verison of the manual for 5.13 does not 
display correctly starting at "dssilist"?

I had that problem for awhile. Before long Firefox was crashing all  
the time. I finally decided that there was a bug in my copy of  
Firefox, but I think this was wrong. This was on a Mac OSX 10.5.8.

Don't ask me why but I fixed it by removing several automatic startup  
applications. The display is fine now, and Firefox no longer crashes.

Does this look alright?

It does for me... I don't recall there being any change in that area
between the released manual and the manual on Csounds.com. Have you
tried the manual package from sourceforge, or maybe the problem is the
manual in the distribution for your platform?

Same problem here with Firefox 4 on Windows XP, dssilist and all opcodes 
after it are not clickable. With IE there is no problem. I had a look at 
the source of the frame, and saw no problems, so it must be due to Firefox.

I'm on windows 7 with firefox.  The manual seems to work in IE9, but it 
takes a long time to open during which IE is locked up.

manual works fine in both firefox and IE under windows 7.

Firefox 4, Windows 7, I'm seeing exactly the same problem. But it runs deeper
than that. In the top menu pane, the links to the letters of the alphabet
don't work. And if I scroll down in the main window (as opposed to the left
pane) I can see that the carriage returns are also missing, as the opcode
list in the main window starts displaying (at dumpk2, two lines below
dssilist) as one ginormous block of text rather than with each opcode on its
own line. Starting with the line "Score Statements and GEN Routines" it's
okay again.

I've seen some more bugs in Firefox 4 that I didn't see in older 
versions, so I'm not surprised.
