| Hi,
i have a specific problem that may be on my system only. That's why i would
to ask someone else with more or less the same system as mine to help me and
run the csd below and report what is happening on his/her system.
This is my system:
- (K)Ubuntu 10.04 - in fact, running KXStudio 64 bit.
- Jack2
- running Aeolus
- the csd:
-n
sr = 48000
ksmps = 128
nchnls = 2
0dbfs = 1
instr 1
JackoInit "default", "csound"
JackoInfo
endin
i 1 0 10
e
Thing is: with Jack and Aeolus running and then running the csd, Aeolus is
not found by Csound. The output of Csound does not mention Aeolus at all.
Now everything works fine on my laptop - i run Jack and Aeolus and then
Csound with this csd, it makes the right connections as i can see in the
output from Csound. The only difference is, is that this KXStudio version is
32 bit.
Can somebody with a similar system (=64 bit) run the csd and report back if
Aeolus was found by Csound?
thank you,
Menno
