Dear list! I just now, a few minutes ago, started my brand new Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4-inch tablet for the very first time and of course immediately installed the Csound6.apk binary. I then installed the jota text editor from the Play store, pointed the tablet browser at the csound sources at github, displayed the csd code for "Trapped.." in the examples folder, copied the text and pasted it into Jota, altered the csound options section to have real-time output (-odac) and saved as trapped.csd, opened it in the Csound6 app and am currently as I write this listening to a real time render of the famed piece on my tablet.

congratulations and thank you for the encouraging report. makes me feel even more ashamed that i've had an android device for some time and i've been too lazy to install and try csound on it yet... |
