Hi All,

I've put together an installer for csound~ for Windows.  Build scripts
are all in the csound develop branch.  If you could test the installer
at:

http://www.kunstmusik.com/csound~_1.1.2-beta.exe

and could offer feedback, that'd be great.  This is for Csound 6 and
requires it is installed before using.

Thanks Alfonso for testing. I think we'll be good to have this
published with the 6.03 release.  As for 64-bit, maybe file an issue
so we can track it.
