The Eastman Cousnd Tutorial (Allan Schindler) has several 
interesting gen 10 waves illustrated including already mentioned 
square wave.  For a sawtooth, it gives 1/n for each harmonic, 
not just the odd ones, so 1/1 is the fundamental, 1/2 is next, 
1/3 next, and so on.  The rest of the tutorial is very good as 
well.  Also see Hans Mikelson's article on oscillators in csound 
magazine (ezine) if it's still up and available.
