Dear List (and Mr Ffitch, if i'm right), this is a far then good translation of the file po of csound. I will try to make somethings better in the future, as my knowledge of csound and english will be better. Actually it is my best. It's difficult to translate something that one don't know what is for. Anyway i think that it's better use a program in his original language, if possible. And would be much better to make a translation of manual. I would like to try to do this work (with my fastness maybe in the next few years ...). And would be a good thing to have a section in the manual with a list of messages by the csound console, sort of Mr. Ffitch article on csound book and appendix 'csound's error message'. Thanks and ciao, fran. http://old.nabble.com/file/p27685669/italian.po italian.po |

Hello fran, you should first read the readme.txt file from the manual directory on cvs. The translated xml files are commited on cvs in respective manual-xx directories where xx stands for your language (it would be 'it' for you). Hi, The manual is written in docbook-xml, so you edit xml files, which then produce html, winhelp and pdf versions. As François said, the readme.txt file contains detailed information. Cheers, Andrés On Mon, Feb 22, 2010 at 1:22 PM, francibal |
