Agreed,... bogus, the "ne.jp" and the ".php" are the big giveaways. 
Don't click on that link. Heard of a "cherry blossom" bomb or worm. 
Sakura is Japanese for cherry blossom. The ne.jp doesn't go to Japan, 
it goes somewhere else. So don't click on it.
